Jerry Mitchell, Lead Pastor

Jerry serves Trinity in a variety of ways including preaching Mitchell familymany Sunday mornings, teaching Bible Studies, and providing pastoral care. Jerry earned his Masters of Divinity Degree from Concordia Theological Seminary in 1990. As an Ordained Minister, he has served congregations in Kitchener, Ontario Canada and Fort Wayne, Indiana. Jerry has recently started the Joshua and Caleb Leadership Center (JCLC), a leadership development initiative for Un/Under-Fathered and At-Risk boys. He loves helping young people (and older) embrace the fact that they are not a mistake, but were uniquely created by God for a Divine purpose and plan.

Dave Konarski, Business Manager

He has been a member at Trinity since 2006, at which time he also bDavid and Debbie Konarskiegan working as the Business Manager. He keeps everything running smoothly with business operations and maintains the properties so that the rest of the staff can focus on the Ministry here at Trinity. He has worked in business for most of his career, and now he is thankful that he can use his skills to serve his church. Christine and Ken McConnellChristine McConnell, Director of Logistics and Communication

After many years managing publications, websites, and member groups at the American Library Association, Christine joined the Trinity staff to help document, organize, and communicate what happens at Trinity and how it works. Christine has attended Trinity services since 2008 and has worked in the Tutoring Program for several years. Marlene BarryMarlene Barry, Office Coordinator

Marlene has staffed Trinity's front office as a volunteer in the past, and is now an official member of Trinity's staff. She is the point-person for incoming visitors and phone calls and creates the printed Sunday worship materials each week. Brian Upton, Deacon

Brian has been a member at Trinity since 1993 and beganBrian Upton serving as a Deacon in 1999. He is an encourager and administrator of various ministries at Trinity including worship, prayer ministry, and stewardship. He regularly preaches and teaches God’s Word and leads traditional worship. He became involved and has continued to serve here because he sees the amazing things God is doing at Trinity and wants to join Him and others in that work.

Greg Wadel, Pastoral Team Member

Greg's duties include Preaching, leading Youth Confirmation and New Members' courses, and guiding couples through Pre-Marital Counseling. He is a Licensed Deacon with the English District-LCMS, which will allow him to institute Holy Communion at Trinity worship services. He joined the Trinity Pastoral Team in September 2015. Greg is an engineer, working part-time in Akron. He is the father of two children and lives in Medina.
